There is so much that can be said about a great experience but when someone goes above and beyond i sincerely believe in saying something, Allen in the service area as my service adviser is great the guy cares about what is safe and what the customer needs first then we discuss the wants !!..My first experience walking in the service area is a place to learn about the proper ways to maintain a bike and they really care...thanks so much for helping me out with my R6 customer for life ..
I am very glad I found this place. I called and spoke to Pete (who was very pleasant and professional) and he was able to get my FJR in for a service the next day- Saturday. Alan wrote me up and noted a few things to look at and asked if I had any issues. Called me when the bike was ready, walked me through exactly what had been done and the bill was half what I paid at a dealer on Camden. Pete met me outside for a chat after I paid.
This will be my go to place. Not sure why people find Pete surly. I thought he was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the service department.
